sounds to me like that Reign mix is a bootleg, in that it contains the ambient parts of the WOW Mix...unless that beatless part is just from the original version.

I did an edit of Reign that I gave to Nick, it might be that one... I stripped out all of the big anthemic parts and most of the vocal, kept it really tough. Does that sound like it?
