tbh jules was the first dj to really get me into trance and he CAN mix. However, i do think that he has started to go down hill, which is a real shame cos the guy was a legend a couple of years ago but the last couple of times ive seen him he hasnt impressed.
I like the fact that hes individual, but individuality can only go so far. I mean the last time i saw him he played some "individual" tunes but his set sounded gash coz it had no flow.
Some ppl do jump on the 'lets diss jules' bandwagon, but can you blame them? If youd only got into trance in the last year and a half then you'd probs say he was shit because you wouldnt have heard a good set from him.
As has been said before, if hes in a line up i dont mind but i wouldnt go any where if he was the only big act playin (if i was paying money for big acts if you know what i mean?). Have done before and it was a waste of money, honestly would have paid for it ... but not as much as i did!

But i think its kinda inevitable that hes gone that way. Hes only human, you cant expect someone to get that much adoration from so many people without gettin a slightly big head.

Well i have had a lengthy chat with him and he is very sound, but unfortunatly he does like to drink when djin, hence the rapid change in attitude.

I started liking his mixes back when Napster was free and the internet downloaded sloooooowly.
It was back when I used to believe in love, (very SORRY for making you read that it's a sappy girly thing I can't control and/or desensitize on a regular basis
and that means too many of his cd's were played in the ex's mustang...But it's better anyway cuz that loser thinks trance is dead(well, he said "rave" so can't be sure what he meant), clubbing sucks, and he can't get any E that will faze him since he used to take 20 every night he went out. LOL... I never knew him then, I imagine a train wreck as we got pretty influenced in Amsterdam and Dublin, but never got close to that (only had 10 or less) many between both of us.
I disagree with him and that poxy attitude today, tomorrow, and will still think he is wrong when I come home next week. he did the scene for the favors and thats OK I guess but he's pretty burnt out now, can't even go out for two hours after work. And he's an alcoholic. And what was the cause of the fight that sent a sober me to take him to hospital at 3 am until 12 noon? TO get his nose sewed back together, after a cronie whacked him over the head with a corona bottle, then outside, tried to bite his nose off? Nothing... nothing at all just a stupid drunk longing to be back home where you can fight in bars and on the street and not be 86'ed or arrested immediately.
I also think if the E crossed the road first, it was only to get some good trance cd's...but I digress...only reason I mention is he thinks I am stupid to go to UK for GC NEC, "All the way there for just one night...what if it sucks, and the e sucks, and you dont know anyone...." HEY PvD.F. you low-serotonin Mama's boy, who only ever went to a club to do drugs, and thinking you are better than all your friends, F-off, get out of my city before I throw you out, and know that I will have a great time even if I get there late, cant find a single TA, and dont hear tiesto.
WHy does he have to try & blow this for me? It seems I'm only safe here in TA Someone tell me i'll have a blast over there please?
Oh yeah, back to JJ my third pro for him is that he really didn't suck ASS on those old Mos CD's, and I still like his older mixes.
a month ago I would be leaving this post alone or defending him, but then we don't have that Saturday show of his here in NY, which I heard for first time two weeks ago on net.... OMG, that is pure shite, as y'all say...(S-height)

MoS you can take some of the blame for this too as you are the one releasing it on an album supposedly from Summer 2003....every time I buy one of those now it's the same songs from their other compilations.... Plus it takes six weeks and I can't deal with waiting that long if it's not worth it!!
