Jamie, you shouldn't worry about your planned hair looking stupid because you're too old for it.... it will look stupid because you're about 6 months too late. This look played out in June. Don't be a follower with no taste or mind of your own to speak of. If you want something new and different come up with your own style.

I agree with you up to the first 3 sentences. i know it's played out, but i don't give a shit. i can't help it if it grew on me.

and i'm mainly going for length here not so much all the wacky colors...long hair will never be played out.

and if i was going to purposely get another hair style because one was "played out" wouldn't i be a follower in that sense too?

for the record, i posted that picture because of the length...i'm not going to color it like that. that's too loud for me. but i do want it really long like that...like to the bottom of my back. right now it's only to the middle of my back. i want another 4 or 5 inches.

So long as you like it I suppose.

BTW, if something is new and different and generic to you then it cannot be played out.... so coming up with a new and unique style would not be played out.

Shes buying all these new clothes and wears shoes that I wouldnt even wear (that might have something to do with the fact that I dont touch heels) and shes all around pissing me off.
