Wow.............I haven't even posted in this thread until now and many messages ago......my name was mentioned! It's great to know that I am a partner in crime when it comes to running my site & radio station...LOL

First, please allow me to say that I have no problems with DJ Eros on a personal level. I am co-owner of Evolution FM and I feel it needs to be known that DJ Eros did get several warnings about harassing other DJ's, making threats and wanting to extend his time slots at the very last minute. It was a bit like....well, dad told me no so I'll go ask mom....LOL DJ Eros is a great DJ, there's no doubt about that at all. It's just that he had some difficulty playing with the other kids; that's all. Insulting DJ's while they are on live really isn't the thing you want to be doing. We had asked that he please let us know a WEEK in advance if he wanted to extend his mix shows. It was my fault that he got started 20 minutes late one night and I accept full responsibility for that; I was trying to stream test a new DJ that night and I lost track of the time.

It is important that our DJ's simply follow the rules that have been laid out in plain English. He got a couple of warnings and personally I am tired of playing babysitter/mommy on the playground. We're all grown adults and if we can't act as such then we have to get rid of the problem. As I said before, I have never had any problem with DJ Eros personally. When it come to my site & radio station though I can't have my friends wreaking havok and running all around ticking people off. It was a difficult choice to make and I am sorry that it had to be this way; I really am.


DJ Eros, I wish you the best and I am sure you are going to do well in your endeavors to become a world famous DJ. As for us being angry about you sharing your mixes with another website, well.....Truth be known we are angry at them because they are LYING to DJ'S out there and THIS also needs to be known. They promised one of our DJ's a RECORDING CONTRACT; filled his head full of hot air saying they were going to sign him and he'd be making all kinds of money. They are NOT a record label and they shouldn't be lying to people like that. We simply want to protect the best interests of our DJ's and our FRIENDS; that's all man. I don't want to see anyone get burned by a scam or a sham. There's nothing wrong with trying to protect our DJ'S and our FRIENDS. You would be wise to understand that DJ Eros.

Thanks Gem For you wishes. But I would love to make clear something here that I think is a little exagerated. And that is about my time slot and asking for more time. I always asked, never extended on purpose. And I never demanded more time, always asked. Thats all I have to say about that.

DJ-Eros you do not have to ask Gem to tell me to stop insulting you....ask ME.
OK...the insults will stop here....no more from me to you...and vice versa....i just want to clear this up.......we are not exaggerating at all. Remember the week you did your show which was a two hour show...? ten minutes before this show i went into the forum and you were advertising your show would last for 2.5-3.0 hours.....i got you on msn....and asked you why you posted an extended show when you did not ask for one....you said you had new releases you wanted to play and it would take approximately 2.5-3.0 hours.....i said ok but in future ask one week in advance for an extended show which you agreed to do.
The following week again ten minutes before your two hour show you again posted on the forum that your show would last approx 3.0-3.5 hours again i asked why and again you said it was because you had so many new tracks you wanted to play, so again i granted you the extended time slot then to save this from happening again i suggested that you actually made your show officially 3 hours long.
then on christmas day you asked for a 4 hour show i already told you that dj bane was playing at a certain time but you asked me to ask him to start his show 1 hour later so you could fit in your show.....but this time i said no i'm not asking any dj to move their time slot to suit you....and i told you if you wanted to do a 4 hour show on xmas day you would have to start 1 hour early.
these are the facts about time slots....add the other things....and you now have the full picture of why you are no longer a dj with our station.

So there you go Manuel a full explanation without insulting you in any way.
i also wish you luck for the future....and i hope that you achieve all the goals you set for yourself.....GOOD LUCK.....you are a very good dj......it's just a pity it did not work out for you on our station.

Imagine that, I have asked and they got the option to tell no, because I asked them anyway. And if they wouldnt like it then thoy would have said no. But they granted it to me. Kind of contradictive, dont you think?

Anyway whats done is done and this is just another stepping stone in the ladder of my goals. I know this has to happened to me in order to EVOlved in my career. So I dont have any regrets or hate for what has happened.

So, I hope all ends here.

@ DJ-Eros.....i must stress that on both occassions that you posted an extended show on the forum.......YOU DID NOT ASK for an extended show. you asked after i pulled you up about posting an extended show without asking ME or Gem. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!!!!!.

I'm checking out your set for the first time, trance is not my fav genre, but sometimes a Dj makes trance a bit enjoyable. I love the proggy sounds really. So will dL now and give it a listen. Thanks for sharing your sets!
