Back to the gym with me. It's been a 3 year hiatus after pounding it for 5 years.

As I said last year:

Rather than making resolutions to change things, I make each year have a theme - a focus. The idea is to not give something up, but to focus on something (to make something more frequent, more often).

So, in the music/club aspect of my life

2004 was:
- the year of the tune (learn to love all types of tunes)

2005 was:
- the year of the party every weekend (47 of 52 weeks had a party)

So, one of (many) 2006's themes is: the year of the zone (go to CZ as many times as possible)

quit smoking
start jogging again
start working out
study harder

RJ I didnt think I'd see anyone with that one...more trips to the dirty zone

+ study harder... need to work up to GPA of 8 to get big $$$ next year.

that's it pretty much, I guess... not big on New Years resolutions... I just found out $3500 would be available to me if I hit the GPA of 8 (I think I am hanging around 7 now)

I have so many that I break them out into categories. I'm a real goal-oriented person.

- be more productive @ work, get better visibility on projects, be more involved
- finish my PR certificate
- apply to law school for 2007
- write my LSAT in September

- have a more committed yoga practice - 1 or 2 times per week
- maintain a regular cardio/strength training schedule
- cut back on alcohol - limit to weekends
- leave the hard partying for a couple of times per year for big events
- travel to Europe again
- save, pay off debt, stick to a budget
- learn how to play on CDJs

2006 is going to be a great year, I know it
