No, I promise it will be good stuff.... I started coming up with a few recipes last day or two. I am thinking one French inspired dish that is a safe win over Mario and then taking some risks with the second dish. Cooking something that I KNOW no one has ever eaten before!! (Including you Scott with your bird's nest soup!!!) Oh man it is going to be so good...

Let the boy cook his curry chicken.... Let him do his crab.... What else you got s0n because you have to come after me with ALOT more then that!!!

Let the boy show his cards as well. If he wants I will even come up with recipes for him. There is no way in hell he has the skillz to pull them off but it might be fun to watch him try!!!

We do not want any "Native" Guat dishes like Puppy Tartar or chickens feet on a stick. We want food that people out of the third world can eat without getting sick!

Would love too but I think March is too far off to wait.... (Plus that is a good time to have a TA Crawfish boil because that is when they are in season. Granted if they even have crawfish this year after Katrina!)

pppsssssshhhhh i bought greg one of those for xmas... we used it to toast our tortillas the other day.... (although a creme brulee battle may be in order)
