look at preach...great producer
great dj...why?because he doesnt fill his sets with only his stuff.People say Tiesto is coming back...why?because he started playing his own stuff less.He sucked at Beb why?because he played ISOS...

if a dj drops all his own stuff at a club, why hire them at all...it would be cheaper to plop in a cd.
you already know what im gonna say if you respond because you get to look at them

hahaha, okay okay...but still u have to admit it good advertising! If they can pull it off and STILL make it a decent set..all the more power to them.

Ya but tiesto sucks, the other boys I mentioned are decent producers...

Thats an good example of when its BAD...like tiesto...and in Jays opinion, Angello and Ingrosso's essential mix. I liked their essential mix, and the others I mentioned. But of course it looks like shit on the Producers/DJs part when it sounds like shit!

i'm already sick and tired of angelo, ingrosso and that whole swedish mafia house bla bla bla thing.

reminds me of benny benassi - satisfaction when we were goin nuts on it in very early 2003 (feb-march), then it got overplayed and benny benassi started producing the same shit over and over again with nothing special standing-out ... it's the same for these guys now.

No offense Fast....but I disagree completely...Benassi always sucked IMO he still does, his production style is so repetitive and bassy, that his album is one big farting bassline. Angello, Ingrosso, Prydz, have proven their versatility time and time again remixing and producing all styles of house....You can't honestly compare the mafia to Benni....Seriously!
The Swedish boys IMO may have been talked about, perhaps too much by some standards...it doesn't change the fact that their stuff is very well executed..and you can't comlpain when Masiello and Faniculli are playing their remixes!!!

Posted by fastmp3 on Jan-06-2006 00:10:

sure but what i hate is the fact that what they produce is either a HIT (that deserves to be a hit) or a total crap. and lately they're going to the crap side ... i'm talking more about the duo angello & ingrosso

Respect. It gets that way sometimes when the producers put out a bunch..and even the ones that aren't hits get overplayed as hits. Thats rough!

22? Don't mean shit bro,

Luke Dzierzek is fuckin 21, and if we had to associate age to experience, then i'd say he's 324375 years old.

I'm 18, been producing for 3 years, and have been mixing for even longer, my likings and my skills are evolving at an expontential rate likewise, and of course this happens to many many many individuals. Time is nothing, if ur house has more than one clock i can guarentee that all of them don't match the same hour and minute.

All ye need is a biological metronome to tick in synch to yer heartbeat and pulsatin brain.

wel dont u think highly of yourself hahaha

eithe way, ya luke dzierzek has what one hot fire track? i wouldnt rly call him a GREAT producer. his track echo is fire though.

but i agree there are great young minds out there, one that comes to mind is Can Costa or Ricky Ryan... what he does mashing up songs is amazing, its like he is made for it.

Burrini & Pompili - Escape vs Sasha-Xpander (Ricky Ryan Edit)
DJ T vs Space manoeuvres - Time stage one (Ricky Ryan edit)
Luke Dzierzek - Echo vs Bt - Fibonacci Sequence (Ricky Ryan Re-Edit)

complete hotness

whoa yeah, Crayons reflected talent very far ahead of what people would normally expect from an 18 year old. moral of the story? age means nada.
artists can digress or grow in talent as the years pass...if they can start AND stay talented is the real question.

Starkid was okay, what freaked me out was his last recorded set before he died in the car crash, it was called goodnight moon and tis was almost sad.

His website's a goldmine at the moment, poor reality.

I believe that Sebastian Ingrosso, who he have been working a lot with the last couple of two years is 21 or 22 as well. Too bad they never play here at home in Sweden. I've had the opportunity to see them live once, it was at the Scandinavian Music Convention last year, but I somehow missed them. I believe I was rocking at another dancefloor and just lost track of time. I'm almost certain that they will play at SMC this year as well. They are nominated in four categories this year in the Swedish DJ Awards. Ingrosso is nominated for Best Artist/Group, Best DJ, Best Producer. Steve Angello is nominated for Best Artist/Group and Best Producer. Angello & Ingrosso as colabs are nominated twice for best 12", with their releases "Yeah" and "Together".

Feel free to cast your votes here: http://www.deejaypromo.com/smc/awards.asp

The awards will be presented at the Scandinavian Music Convention on Feb 22-23rd, so I really hope to see them spin there.

My pics from last years SMC can be found here: http://www.djlaszlo.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=9
