im not overly superstitious, but its Friday the 13th - theres not much chance of getting me anywhere near ice and sharp blades today...no good can come out of that....

Simms and I went. Got there around 8:30 but waited forever to get skates sharpened. The ice was pretty choppy but not bad considering it's an outdoor rink. There were a fair number of people, but not too crowded. Beautiful night out until it started drizzling around 10... that's when we left. Feet still sore from my skates though. Free hot chocolate too - not bad at all. Overall - fun and cheap night out!

wasn't hard to recognize us. one wearing a TA hat another kovalchuk jersey as stated in this thread. it was definately a fun night even though it rained a lil bit. only skated for half hour though cuz had to run celebrate orthodox new year party. nada i called ya, thought maybe you and ali wanted to come to my bro's for some drinking.

i liked the whole idea of dj's spinning at the booth. next time, some trance please!! lol
