I've decided what this track reminds me off..

A nagging/whinging woman, it's a relentless annoying sound in the backgroud that you don't really want to listen to but know you'll have to put up with it

Took me a while to identify music in this one, then around the 3 min mark when the vocals arrive i'm totally into the vibe of the song.
