Incase you guys missed the other thread... here it is again...
----------------------------------------------------------------
This time we have: PAUL BASSROCK
Paul BassRock (aka Paul Nokes) is the owner of "BassRock Records" - a UK Based Drum & Bass Influenced Breakbeat/Hardcore label. This label is probably in my top 5 favorite breaks labels right now... they release hit after hit. The following mix is a collection of BassRock Records tracks, aired on Kiss 100 FM. It gives you a taste of what BASSROCK is all about.
For more info: http://www.bassrockrecords.co.uk/
Track List:
-----------
1.D'state & Darkus "B2VA" BassRock Records
2.Backdraft "Revolution" BassRock Records
3.Vinyl & Dope "Hooligan" (Backdraft Remix) BassRock Records
4.Darkus & Tension "Badbwoy" (Backdraft Remix) BassRock Records
5.Bill Vega & New Decade "Fear of Darkness" (Control Z Remix) BassRock Records
6.BassRock & Darkus "Skin Out" (Backdraft Remix) BassRock Records
7.D'State,Darkus & Tension "Dub Chemist" (Backdraft Remix) BassRock Records

gawd...my HD is gonna get full now...time to start backing stuff up here..lol
digging the mixes bro

This time we have: AQUASKY
One of the top breaks production crews out there right now!
This set is best described by Dave Wallace from Aquasky himself:
"This is a very special christmas special breakbeat bootleg party show. Every tune tonight is an unauthorized breakbeat bootleg remix of a well known dance track... don't ask me why... but it works."
So if you like to see classic, poppy, and somewhat cheesy dance songs get rehashed into breaks... check this. I think most of the remixes are done by Aquasky themselves, so it's top-notch stuff.
One down fall to this set tho: it's only 96kbps
but aside from that, i think its well worth a listen.
Track List:
-----------
benny benassi - satisfaction
cj boland - turn me sweeter
daft punk - around the world
xpansions - move your body
lfo - lfo
donna summer - i feel love
leftfield - phat planet
rhythim is rhythim - strings of love
prodigy - outta space
prodigy - i love charly vs your love
groove armada - superstylin'
human league - don't you want me
Download
Cheers,

I'll see what I can do about uploading some quality breaks when I get home
I've already got most of the sets posted, but I'm excited to see the positive TOTA breaks sentiment.
PS: Rennie Pilgrim is horrible.

y'all should come
its gonna be insane, take my word for it
One more note about the Breaks arena set - what surprised me a lot was that the MC didn't completely suck balls. He knew when to shut the fuck up, and he certainly added to the songs. This is the way Mcing should be done, not what I see everytime I happen to check out a bit of a jungle set.

| Originally posted by AwakenedAddict Nevar!! I saw him in 2003 and it really wasn't that good. Plus he had that one track that got played 2ce nightly in every breaks set.. it got to be too much. I don't much care for the Nu-School breaks, I like the funk, the soul, the lyrical wordplay. |
