My Hungarian grandmother passed away when I was 12 or 13, while I was away for the summer. So when I came back, my father took my sister and I out for dinner...y'know, to welcome us back, and to tell us about our grandmother passing. Well I didn't know my gm very well because she lived in Hungary and I grew up in Canada. The most time I spent with her was the first 3 or 4 years of my life, which I don't remember.

So at the end of our nice lobster dinner my dad says, "Girls, your grandmother passed away last month."

I say, "Oh well! I didn't know her very well anyways!"

Duuuuuuuurrrrrr. Shoulda seen the look of hurt and disgust on my dad's face. It took a lot to silence this man, and this did.

That wasn't what I meant to say, obviously...but I hadn't developed my sense of tact at this point in my life. Woops.

ummm...

my mother asked me how she could lose 10 pounds quickly.

i told her she could lose 10 pounds of ugly fat today if she just cut her face off!

I got into a fight with my French (female) teacher once. She told me to go see the principal immediately. I said: One day I'm gonna rape you. The whole class was shocked I have an annoying temper...

Offensive is in the eye of the beholder.

Words of wisdom from YG.

Well, I don't make it a point to be offensive on purpose, believe it or not. At least not in a way that would hurt someone else's feelings.

I told my dad I hated him like 3 years ago.

& where I am from that is a big no-no...he is still hurt till this day.

"Let's be friends and hang out and talk a lot."

Well, I never actually said that...

as opposed to what other places where that's normal?

sorry couldn't help it.

my ex and i had a huge fight one time and he came home all wasted and started saying horrible things to me so i dumped him and said "good luck finding another girlfriend. you're not charming and nice like you come off, ur a fucking self centered prick and the only reason why people like you is because you hang out around phonies who talk to you because you're a doctor and you drive a nice car, so it makes them look better"

hahahahaahaha

One time I said:

"We have got to score some fucking points here guys!"

but then at the other end of the court, I said:

"We have got to shut these guys down guys!"

So I was being offensive AND defensive and it all balanced out. It was cool.

my friggin' dork juices are flowing like WHAT today

lol but srsly...I've heard kids tell their parents that & they don't even budge, like it doesn't matter...
I had never disrespected my father like that...I guess that is the worst I could have EVER done. He cried all nite & morning according to my stepmom.

LOL for my dad to cry something TERRIBLE has to happen...my dad is the type to keep everything inside...the only other time he cried was when my grandmother (his mother) passed.

So I must've really messed up.

My friend's exGF tried to give me a hug once, I pushed her and told her I didn't want to get AIDs, she started crying. Pretty funny.

mine was a complete accident, i didn't even think about it, and i still feel horrible to this day.

i have a friend whose mother died when he was 8 or so. this summer, i babysat for his two little sisters, and he was back inside from doing yard work. at the time, the girls and i were watching some disney movie where the main character almost dies, but doesn't. and he said "guess what, HE LIVES!" not even thinking i said, "your mom lives!" i felt so horrible. it just slipped out. you know how people do that whole "your mom" thing. even thinking about now makes me cringe and want to hit myself. i know he knew i didn't mean it that way...but still...

Party Hat

Curse Curse more curse and finally if you call my house again I will chop off each and every one of your fingers and feed them to my dog as sausage treats and make you watch him eat them.

im not sure. i can be kind of a prick to people i dont like but one particular thing stands out, even though i didnt say anything.

this kid i was friends with and I were at six flags and we just got off this rollercoaster and our conversation made a turn and we started talking about this kid we were friends with at the time. this kid (one we were talking about) listened to a lot of hip hop and talked black, although he was by no means a wigger.. just... confused.

anyway we were talkin shit about him because good friends do that, and we got in line to buy some soda and my friend impersonated something doug (the not really wigger) would say. he said, "shit nigga!" kinda loud and oddly enough we were right behind two african american women in line. we didnt even notice but they turned around and gave us the dirtiest look in the world and were like... assholes.

then we got soda and it was good
