Yeah well I havent been posting here forever. I just thought it would be interesting to see if people actually like these songs or if they just follow suit.

Yeah and Ayumi and PPK - Resurrection are crap and so is Flight 643, though Hidden Flight is one of my favorites.

The song you are referring to is Mario Piu "Communication" not Armin "Communication"

Heres my opinion!!

FLight 643 i think is great in a club, when it drops cos theres sometihng about the harsh synth that makes u want to dance. On the other hand, I can't stand it if I'm listening to it a t home, cos its not very melodic.

All of Dumondes work kicks arse. His style creates a feeling of speed and energy , combined with lovely melodies.

Gouryella's work rocks.

The only thing I like about Dancevalley theme is the wobbling bassline in the middle.

Tunes considered good that I don't like: Most things recommended by Judge Jules or Dave Pearce Considering its usually cheese anyway

Me too other than that I really dont care for the song.

and whoever said that they liked sandstorm dont feel bad i like it a little bit too. i own the vinyl of that and feel the beat and i dont remember the names of the remixes but some of them have some pretty good parts in them

i know im gonna get beat up for that ^^^^

I Don't really like (although don't hate) any mix other than Cosmic Gate of Urban Train, and Flight 643 is only mediocre in my oppinion.

One major thing I have is that I don't like ANYTHING Paul Van Dyk has made, remixed, produced, etc!!! Although he is a good DJ, don't like his stuff AT ALL!!! I was about to buy PoD, but I listened to most of it one day, and was glad i didn't! didn't like any of the classics like For An Angel either, or any of his remixes.

well, I did like his Remix of Empire Second Sun, but that's it.

yea iio - rapture is to me decent at best and im not really into perpetuous dreamer - the sound of goodbye, tho i know a lot of folks like it...tiesto's newer stuff [flight 643, sub/urban train] really isnt getting to me and im not feeling any of timo maas' stuff even tho he gets lots of hype for anything he puts his name on...umm thats about it off the top of my head...peace

most prog breaks, like Hybrid - blech! "Progressive" is soooooo overrated right now its gross - every weird-named idiot is all of a sudden a star. Digweed is smooth - also like Dave Seaman, except for his unknown need to put just one shiiite tune on every CD. Actually, that's most prog DJ's - why do they have to mess around with the good tunes by trying to be creative and throwing poo in? I LOVED almost all of Quivver - Transport 5, and what mix of Creamer/StephK - I Love You does he have to throw in at the end? HYBRID mix. Boo.

Shit I just bashed one of my all time favorite tracks cause I had the titles mixed up. I thought that 'Communication II' (which I have) was a different version that just 'Communication'. Turngs out I had the wrong producer altogether. Show's I'm still a lame nOOBie with lots to learn.

As a DJ his mixing skills are alright but i really don't care for his track selection... and neither for his productions. For an Angel was ok, but it (for me) got played out. His remix of Thrillseekers - Synaesthasia was awesome... but other than that...? Can anyone direct me to any good PvD tunes? B/c i think i've heard most of them and i don't like them.

And Marco V.'s tunes are all bad-ass... you just HAVE to hear them in a club.... that is what makes them so great... that is what they're made for.
