At home I do the two ear stereo cue so that I don't disturb Mrs. Nem but otherwise in a club environment I will do whatever is there and what I feel like on the day.

Can do both channels playing in the same ear whilst listening to a monitor too, and work of the main sound system if need be. This is harder but can be done if you put your mind to it.

I only listen to the cued track when beat-cueing, but listen to both when beat-matching. And I use my left ear.
