There are a lot of problems popping up for a small percentage of owners including overheating consoles and scratched discs (this is based on the first shipment of 360s). The latter can be fixed by placing the console properly (horizontal). Otherwise, everyone else's 360's are doing grand.

I heard about these problems. My brother got his like almost a month ago. No problems. Guess its all fixed up

I've yet to be at an "unsuccessful" TA meetup. The best one, that I have been to, was for Armin last June at Brite. I was just sitting there with 2 of my friends and a couple people came up to me and didn't even ask, just said "DOOMBOT!" haha, my friends laughed but it helps to have my pic in my avatar I guess. Anyway, I would say about 10 to 15 TA's showed throughout the night.

Brite is perfect I think because it is right at the corner between both Spirit and Crobar and its a nice chill place to hang out before going into one of the other 2 clubs to dance for 6+ straight hours. They have great drinks, great music, it never really gets too crowded and there are couches to sit on!!! Anyway, I hope to see some of you there.

When the red light comes on, you're supposed to take out the dvd, blow on it, then put it back in again.

yeah thats what i hear is the earliest although sony keeps saying theyre on target.

i thinks its cuz if they went public now saying xmas 2006 or early 2007 people would say screw it and get xbox 360 but if they say summer and then in july say sorry its now december, people will say ok ill just wait the extra few months, ive waited this long already.

Well....brite sounds good to me but 9 is too early for us to reach nyc. I dun think we will be able to make it to the city before 10. How long do you guys think you would be around.....

Well like I said, Made says the doors open at 10 but from my experience, they wont open till 11. So I will leave Brite at 10 to see if they are letting people in and if not, then I'll go back to Brite till about 10:45 or 11 and go back to Spirit. It is literally that close to walk to and from like that.

Yeah its a small bar on the corner. But it never really gets jam packed in there so it doesn't matter. Hope to see you there!

Not a big deal to go alone. How else ya really gonna meet new people? Just look out for me. I will most likely be at the second to last couch at the back of the bar near the bathrooms.
