Anyone in the UK who is after the book, should send James an email at Sonic Distribution, as Torsten advised. I sent him an email and placed an order by phone on Wednesday last week. Got the book the following day.
Torsten its a fantastic book!!! Really helping me out lots!!! The track is pretty cool too

I've never read the book, but I feel I probably have learned more in a shorter amount of time on my own than reading that book.

djlogik I could not agree with you more , i know this may be a old post ,but someone else started this post up again a few days ago.

i just wanted to say that yes you are right a book will not make you a star overnight ,what happened to originality,and if it did make us a star or sound like paul oakenfold ,we'd all run out to buy it.

but not me I want to have my own unique sound!

Imo all you need is a book on music theory it will help you a lot and its the only book you need ,once you read it you can use what you learned and turn it into your music ideas with some trial and error and patience.

People should want to learn there own skill rather than have someone do everything for them ,theyd be better of going to a studio and have an engineer make them there tracks.
