Even though I am kind of sick of these threads, i'll post anyways lol

Okay I like a lot but if I had to choose one that is different from the rest, not a "huge" song per say....

Mark Thorton - Theme For The Star Crossed Lovers

It's classical meets trance and it's perfect! . If you like incredibly long breakdowns, this the one for ya.

You should definately try Nitromethane - Time To Die (Cosmicman Mix). One of the best Cosmicman remixes imo.

Great tune, though i prefer the Seraque Remix

My most fav uplifter recently has to be
Fred Baker Pres Iguana - Beautiful Sunshine (Stoneface & Terminal Remix)

Another one from a few years ago
Endre - Kallocain (Robert Nickson Remix)

All time
System F - Out Of The Blue
Or
Veracocha - Carte Blanche

From your comments I'd recommend checking these artists out:
Pure commercial uplifting trance music.

Ian Van Dahl
Alice DJ
Blank and Jones

And congrats on being the first person who doesn't like Sasha - Expander. Before you I didn't know one existed. I suggest you give it another go after you get into EDM for a few months.

buy any trance classics related compilation or one from 1998-2000

can't beat trance nation 2. Or any of the trance nations. Google them/find them at amazon and you have shit loads of melodic, uplifting trance.

Look beyond this one thread

Ronski speed with stoneface & terminal - incognition
Moogwai - Viola 2005(Tektonik Remix)
Lsg - Netherworld 2005 (Oliver Prime Remix)
Mark Norman - Touchdown
Whiteroom Feat Amy Cooper - Someday (Instrumental Mix)
Whiteroom Feat Amy Cooper - Someday (Vocal mix)
Adam White & Andy Moor pres Whiteroom - The White Room
Solar Factor - Urban Shakedown (G & M Project Remix)
Martin Roth - shockwaves (Summer here Mix)
Hammer & bennett - language (santiago nino dub tech mix)

Now thats what I CALL trance!

Well, you're certainly correct that those tracks aren't uplifting. In fact, they make me really rather sad.

Oh yes! I could listen to that over and over. But I didn't like the remake of that from what 2004 I believe...nothing compares to the original.

Posted by weymouth on Feb-02-2006 18:36:

Ima vyruss - download me

That's a good one. Everytime I see one of these threads suggesting songs I always think the noob will just go download all the suggestions because 9 times out of 10 they never post again.

Now, you'r view might be difrent to mine, but thats no problem. you can have it your way.

Opinions can't be wrong, thats why they are opinions. And everyone percieves music differently...just because he doesn't agree with you guys doesn't mean its wrong...I like some of the stuff on his list too.
