If you don't think too highly of one particular race just cause you know they're all the same, does that make you a racist? Or does it make you a racist if you only relate trouble to that race?

I was regarding my question around curiousity as to how much of a degree you much go to be called racist. Hell, i hate it as much as anyone else.

As soon as you stereotype people due to their ethnicity you are being racist. Everyone does it...it is a matter of what is accepted these days.

Firstly there's the difference that a book can discuss racism, without itself being racist, as can a movie. A game that requires you to take the role of a racist and slaughter black people is a different story. except of course that there are plenty of movies, books & MUSIC that are racist (or arguably so) so i still think games deserve the same freedom.

but i agree, you should have the right to criticise said games, and im highly unlikely to ever enjoy a game with racist overtones. that said, id still play one if overall it brought me entertainment.
