i honestly can say I have

i use to work as a special projects manager for a smaller publication (usa weekend magazine) which I love most of the people there to death as they were my first real corporate job experiences (and current references), more over, one of my superiors (an old hag in her late 40s, single, bi-polar and depressant) anyways, she would always hang around my cubical asking me about how she looked and what i thought. bear in mind, she was approximately 225lbs and i was hrmm maybe 19 at the time. So she felt it necessary to invite me to her home out on Fire Island where she explained to me she sun bathed nude and only had one bed but it would be ok for us to share.

now if the roles were reversed, this would climb the corporate ladder so fast, but being that I'm a guy and I knew I was heading out of there, I didn't want to stir anything up. I cordially denied any advances and swiftly dodged any close interaction...i'd speak to her from the door to her office and never dared to enter her office at any given time.

Now, yea this may be just a story, but since I have great relations with the CEO and many of the senior management at this place, i didn't want to tarnish my rep and keep a good running business relationship with most of these people (incase i ever needed to crawl back for a job). So in good faith, I recommend friends to this company through my senior management contacts, to employ those who need jobs. Now 4-5 years later, some close friends I have are using this company as a stepping stone to their career have confronted me and honestly have said that there is a lingering story about a male co-worker who got harrassed by his superior (the old hag). I guess I've left some sort of legacy at this company because a majority of the admin assistants know of this story...sad to say, my friend (female) who is working as an admin assistant has told various other female admin assistants that the guy in this legacy is indeed me (the guy who got her the job there in the first place)...

well long winded sorry for the story but as you can see i'm sticking ONTOPIC BECAUSE IM BORED AS FUCK

...long story....

Damn, you must be bored. Good story though. How'd you make project manager when you were 19? Sleep your way to the top?

actually the VP was pretty smoking and I did have alittle crush on her (mid 40s blonde about 5'5" curvy) lol

i inherited project manager because I was technically inclined to work on online marketing initiatives. adkey tracking for coupon codes in the direct mail part. the reason why the hag was my superior is she was an account executive who sold these ads to vendors. i provided the ad sales team with business analysis they could use to pitch to other companies as incentive/proof/sales pitch data for them to buy into more advertisement.

ultimately a small publication with technical background and minimal business knowledge lead to my current position at a HUGE publication doing the same analysis with significantly more money over a larger scale of actual product (books vs advertising). not bad since this handy dandy computer does all the analysis for me =P, ya just gotta know how to finesse the machine to make it do what you want it to do...lol

I work in a cellphone store. it's not that bad. But there are days when all the customers decide come back complaining about their bills etc. Sometimes its really irritating hearing the same thing over and over again. Other than that I like doing sales and dealing with ppl.

I used to work in a office and hated it. I can't stand sitting in front of the computer all day long staring at the monitor for 8 hr dazed out.
