Very easy to do, and fun.
It run's better if you do it natively rather then run it in vmware. I used to be following this alot, stopped now so I'm not sure how far they have gone. I belive people are working on making ATI/NVIDIA drivers for it.

Just FYI, works here 
Had some initial HFS+ partition errors but that's all worked out.
Me and Ryan got ours to work. Hes dual booting with XP Pro and OSX, and so am I on my notebook (Hope he dosn't mind me posting this).
Should have it running on my Toshiba Satellite by the end of the week, as long as the torrent is quick.
(i've wanted to do this for a while, but my brother was borowing my laptop)

btw, my internet is down.. for a week!! hahahah call me sometime this week if you can hook up to do the upgrade.
