I mean I understand the situation, no one in particular is to blame.

But having them both play the main room for 1 hour 45 min or two hours is stupid. What happened to letting Dan play in Eden? That would have been completely pimp. Usually when you are at 1150 you can count on there being utter crap being played out there. This would have turned 1150 into a real multi-staged venue. Instead of the main stage and the other area that people go to because it not crowded.

But just cramming them both onto the main stage will only ensure that neither one of them is able to play a decent length set. I would almost rather hear one of them or the other for a normal length set.

Listen to this man, he speaks only the truth!!!

I liked that idea as well especially if we were able to get the extra sound in and make eden as dark as possible.

alas, you never know what might happen last minute...

ok, thing is this

10:-11:30 - Keri
11:30 - 1 - Portia Surreal
1- Close Christopher Lawrence and DJ Dan

I understand why you have so many DJ's

but why are we getting and hour and a half from the openers and only 45 minutes or an hour from the headliners?

and all it would really take would be to re-arrange the time slots a litle

10:00 - 11:00 - Keri
11:00 - 12:00 - Portia Surreal
12:00 - Close - Christopher Lawrence and DJ Dan

I would favor an even deeper cut into the time slots of the openers but I feel that no one would object to this schedule.

I mean were both closers scheduled to go on at 1? Surely one of them planned to play more than a two hour set for the fine city of Atlanta?

This was Devin's night and they were very accomadating towards us coming in at the last minute. For them, there is still a show to go on and certain perameters that needed to be met. We are still working on some things that might come through in the last minute so keep posted, you never know what might happen...
