I have. I won't turn this into an argument but I will say my opinion was he definetly played a very commercial set. It was the friday before Halloween to give you an indication of how old/young the tracks were at the time....

Hammer & Bennet-'Labnguage' (Santiago Nino Tech Dub Remix)
Luminary-'Amsterdam'
Niklas Harding pres.Arcane -'Ice Beach'
Andy Moor-'Halcyon'(Alex M.O.R.P.H. Remix)
Ridgewalkers feat El-'Find' (Andy Moor Remix)
Starkid-'Crayons' (Leama & Moor Remix)
Above & Beyond and Andy Moor-'Air for life'

Honestly, I can dig up thw whole t/l if you want me to, but honestly, I think almost everyone on this site has heard these songs, and that was my point of the argument.

looks like the normal mcprog to me. whats so "new" and "never before heard of style" in those tunes?
The worshippers are propably blind or something.

Some can argue it's the "elitists" that are blind, or deaf...

he must be a commercial dj then - as i have the liveset when he toured in Bratislava and thats equally as poor.

Who was touting earlier in the thread that Andy doesnt big up his own productions???

Posted by SPANIARD on Feb-28-2006 17:45:

I would also like to add that he must be the most emotionless DJ I've ever seen. He didn't pop a smile nor try to make conversation with any TA's that I saw. BTW, if anyone on here personally knows him, tell him to turn down the god damn bass. He used more Bass for his stuff than Cor Fijneman did for his banging trance.... yeah it doesn't sound pretty.

Funny how the elitists here are the ones who have been following Moor's sound for the longest, isn't it? Or is that actually quite common in these threads?

I'm not gonna sit here and explain why I think each track sounds new or good to me. It's like asking you to explain how one psy artist sounds more unique than another. It all sounds the same to me anyway...

I've just read my post again, and I don't seem to have referred to myself once in it. Or you, for that matter.

I dont know about you, but I tend to listen to the opinions of those more knowlegeable than I.

Me too. I don't necessarily consider BB "elitists" smarter however. They just make a bigger fuss about everything.

Yeah, great track. I really like how it's mixed into "Blend Forty-Three" on ISOS4. I've copied it a few times in some of my mixes.

in other words you and that other guy failed. I never said psy trance is a "whole new style" etc because a statement like that would be considored as bullshit. The same way as stating that Andy Moors livesets is a whole new style. Allow me to laugh.
