Does caffine really effect you all that much? A litre of red bull and i barely notice the difference.. The only time i've ever noticed much of an effect from caffine is when i drank 5cans of red bull and took 7 pro plus tablets, my eyes were going nuts

One of the more confusing aspects of caffeine content is the fact that coffee contains less caffeine than tea when measured in its dry form.
also...
Pound for pound, tea has more caffeine than coffee, but you get 200 cups of tea per pound versus 50-60 cups of coffee per pound. Therefore, tea has 1/3 - 1/2 the caffeine per cup. Black tea has 40-60 milligrams of caffeine per 8 oz. serving.
3-4 mugs a day for me. I'd hate to go without.
Purge your body with water.
It's healthy ![]()
Sweety, don't be so hard on yourself. It's just coffee. I am a coffee drinker myself and I can relate, but no one has died of a coffee overdose.

Coffee is actually quite healthy for you, even 3-4 cups a day. Don't believe me? Proof: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/3540729.stm
Avoid instant coffee though.

I used to drink mugs ( yeah big mugs ) of tea every morning. Had maybe 2 or 3 throughout the day and I'm sure I got plenty of caffeine from that.
Nowdays being liquid restricted ( 1 liter a day max ) I basically only drink water.
Drinking coffee/tea or anything in excess apart from water pretty much makes me feel weird and want to puke
This is me:

I drink one cup of light coffee every mornig (1/2 is water and 1/2 is milk + sugar)and one after school. Between 3pm and 6pm I get so week, my eyes gets so heavy that I have to drink a coffee. I don't drink black (strong) coffee. When I get up, first I drink a cup of coffee and then I eat my breakfast. I love to sip it and listen to some smooth music - quite good form of relaxing. But when I have a good night rest I sometimes can do without it. I get the feeling drinking coffee in the morning is a necessity for me. There is no life before a coffee (esecially in the mornig). !!!!!!!
I never knew coffee was such a big deal to some people. I drink coffee for the taste of it(usually with some cake or buiscits...mmmmm).
i grab a cup of iced coffee every morning from the coffee shop near my office when i get to work. it lasts all morning till about lunchtime.
after that it's all water. i dont drink coffee at any other time except mornings at work. none during the weekends, none during the holidays.
