Simple its an outdoor event and city laws state you can't have loud noise after 11PM, that's why ALL outdoor events end at 11PM

Got a 2-day pass for myself. I'll have just returned from a month-long trip in Japan so I definitely'll need to catch up on my missed clubbing.

Plus, fresh air is always great... Well, as fresh as it gets in NY, anyway.

PvD would have charged $100+ for the 2-day pass if he was playing.

Other than the laws I think the title "Armin Only" connotates that 'only Armin' will be spinning. Maybe one day the laws will change though ... We can always hope.
