Wow this place is pretty clique-y.

It doesn't matter who gets the most votes...they don't become a mod instantly...the few that are interested and are in the running after all this is done will have their post history pulled and if they seem to be mature enough then they have a shot at it - on the other hand - ppl who will bully others around or do favours for their friends will have a short lifespan.

No tolerance for that crap.
