Mike is originally from Buffalo and moved to SF about 6 months ago....I have no idea why he isnt on TA, Ill bug him and get him on...

pvd played some solid fucking beats.

other random highlites:
- friendly newyorker staff at both crobar and the roseland ballroom. very impressed!
- after pvd seeing a pimp getting out of a limo and going to ny's cozo right across the street from fran's. he said something about swinging from one of the girl's ponytales or something? anyone remember the exact quote?
- walking to times square and some person just randomly lays down right in front of us.
- the roseland ballroom.
- crobar's soundsystem.
- opening dj at crobar.
- everyone that came along. friends make all the difference. much love y'all!

AHHHH the PIMP! He had on the craziest fur coat and I yelled across the street, "D'ya wanna trade?" (I was also wearing my fur). He said "Sure" and then, "I want to pull your pony tail".

Yankee and I just stared at each other and screamed, "THE PPT". That's right folks, the Party Pony Tail stikes again.

Glad you guys had a bad ass time.

Not many of you got to see much of me on Saturday night there, I think I may have broken my left foot somehow (absolutely NO idea how) and I could barely walk on it, let alone dance.

I told Fran, "Dude I can't deal with this shit, I've gotta sit down" so he and I went and chilled out for a bit, I ended up staying in the seating area the whole night with Lisa (who herself wasn't feeling well), Shannon, Kal and their friends.

Left at 4am 'cause I was dying from lack of sleep and massive foot pain.

A good night overall, though.

Sunday morning was fucking awesome back at Fran's, it was incredibly divided (all the girls in Fran's room and the 5 of us dudes in his living room drinking).

So much fun to party with all of you, and it was really, really great to see Ilyia again. Much fun reminiscing the old Purple Room days with you on Sunday morning dude, and we've got Pett convinced to come out to an event!

Great times !

I was not too impressed with the party, or PVDs set(either I don't like Trance anymore, or PVD's set wasn't too great - not sure), but seeing everyone again more than made up for it, so overall I'm very happy that I made the trip.

BTW - the fact that PVD played a 6 a hour set, and had so much fun doing it(he danced, smiled, sang, etc) really puzzles me. I mean - that party vibe wasn't any better than a typical party in Toronto, or a good party(ala Armin at Ruby Skye) in San Fran. So why doesn't PVD do 6 hour sets, or enjoy himself as much anywhere else ?

it was great seeing u again..i love partying with u Ilya too much fun!!! u had this huge smile the whole time at PVD lol...all this stuff i had heard about him not being into his set blah blah blah was all wrong...he was SO INTO IT TOTALLY loved his head movements from side to side like a lil kid..and he was definitely singing and jumping from time to time!! and his eyes DAMN!! and PVD LOOKS WAY HOTTER IN REAL LIFE THAN IN PICS!!! hands down

Sunday at Frans was some pure quality chillin time!! WONDERFULL

My night at PvD was one of the best I have had in a long time. It helps that I knew half the club, i felt surrounded by awesome people!

Awesome venue, I was soooo excited to see some friggin lasers (first time in nyc I have seen a good lighting system). I am a VERY visual person, so the venue was great. Brick balcony, open space, huge screens. loved it.

I had a perfect combo night: danced my ASS off till right before the power went out, and chilled and chit-chatted with great people for 2 hours (when it slowed down) and went right back on the dance floor for the end!! And of course was maaad faked up!! LOL

I loved seeing Irishaddict with a silly grin on her face the whole night, just STARING pvd down!! LOL AHHH CLOUD NINE!!!

Great to see everybody, all the toronto Ta's (damn we lost some of you guys everynight: @ ferry: nada, ali and laura went home really early, and the next night we lost cale, lisa, shannon, and her man to the back seats) cale wtf did you do to your foot???? lol You guys and the altanta TA are great times in any case, and you owned the place!! I wish you were here every freakin weekend!

Anyways, great freakin music!!! I didn't think the music was too loud at all! PVD you need to come to NYC like every weekend!! robdawg, I agree with you: that tune you like was the highlite of my nite!!!

cons: FAKIN ASIANS!!!! NEVER seen them this bad!!! I pushed this dood right over b/c him and his girl were falling on me!! All you cool Asians need to talk to yo people!!! damn I wish they would CRAWL into their k-holes and disapear!!

And for the record, I swear it was my cologne that fell off the counter. I had the glass bottle of it in it's tin container and it was haphazardly knocked off said counter onto the floor.

great times indeed.... and to think i ended up coming because my roomie got my ticket without telling me thinking that i would back out since im not the biggest pvd fan ... i would never have lived it down

it was great meeting everyone who came down from toronto ...lol i think i met more totas in the city than i have in toronto but thats what i get for always staying at the back and refusing to battle for space up front ..

the venue was absolutely fantastic ... the people were awesome and paul dropped one of the best sets ive heard in recent memory ... what more could a guy want as a graduation gift
