I don't know about some of you but every year i've been down for WMC, I make it a priority to eat the day i land and of course nothing better than Joes Stonecrab (washington below lincoln rd)
lobster bisque, lobster reuben, and crab cakes bitches...to die for
then when the party begins i keep myself well hydrated and for meal replacements i go with fruit smoothies with protein mixed in. Great smoothie place on washington between 6th and 10th somewhere (on a corner) also a nice smoothie place by Art Decco on washington and 14th

Honey and peanut butter sandwiches, and lots of liqour to keep jumping all night, also make sure u get ur liqour with red bull, aka vodka red bulls

I dunno about you guys but my wmc diet has consisted of
Sandwiches
Slim Jims
Red Bulls
Water

Decracker _ available at a little juice place on Washington and 12th i think.. an orange smoothie.. Very good to get you going again.

granola and fruit bars in your bag at the club.
I managed to not get sick!! I think I was because I kept on eating...I would force myself..
Next time I will bring tensor bandages and A535 and more shock obsorbing shoes...
I didn't need those toenails anyways...!
