OMG i would die to that set! since being an actual teenager from the 80's all those songs are great.

i was also a huge heavy metal chick. i had the hair, the acid wash jeans, the tiny tops, the leather boots, and i went to every heavy metal, hair band of the 80's concert. love, love, loved the 80's hair bands and heavy metal. shit, i still do. just now, i groove to a different beat in the club scene but have spent time at rainbow on sunset, there is a blast from the past, the best people watching ever.

oh sweets, you just had to be there! it's all good, it's not for everyone. but woody since you're recording it please, pretty please could i have a copy?

A lot of people that I know seem to be all about the 80's, infact pretty much everyone that I work with is at 80's night right now at some club down by UCR. I will never understand.... The ambiguous sexuality is too much for me.

It's a latin crowd, so more of the 80's KROQ Flashbacks! Which I happen to LOVE and be very good at! hehehe... I will probably play some 80's dance too. I'll see.

Sounds cool! In that case...Electricity (OMD, right?), Valerie Loves me, oh there are so many, but those were the first ones that popped up in my head. Also, Debbie Deb and Stacy Q...classic.

Yea.. OMD, The Cure, Depeche Mode, The Smiths, all those are big artists that I will play. I was just curious to see if there was anything I missed.

Monkey Dancer 2 hummmm

OK so you got OMD already ... but the 80s was all about Modern Talking ... specially in Europe.. so you have to play ..."your my heart your my soul" by Modern Talking for sureeeeeee

"Just A Gigalo" by the Barbie And The Kens is a personal favorites. Has a pretty danceable beat as well.
