Alrights.

This was my first officual WMC party. I got home around 8, and got up around 12. Blaahh.. I should get more sleep I guess right?

ANyways. I got to Space at around 11 or something. It was very quick to get in.

When I came, Matthew Dekay was spinning this very progressive stuff. Stuff Id imagine, its an opener so Im like well lets see. Soon after he starts bringing some very banging stuff. Tours the end he was just sick, I dont know but I was going off on he's set.

Then Markus Came. WoWWWw!!!!!!!! The best set of the night hands down. He brought it down! It was also great to see Heather walking around, its been years since I last saw her.. Hope to see again soon ! :-)

The house was LOADED!.. TA's everywhere from everywhere, its was pretty good!

Then Armin came and I was like.. blaaaaah, so I went upstairs and Adam Beyer was playing very minimalistic stuff, until he started throwing some sick techno material. I loved it!!!. I stayed there for most of the time, saw some of Mauro Picotto, which, I must say he's last set @ Space was much better. He had he's banging moments but something was missing. Perhaps he's better off for the Main Room.

Anyways.. Armin didnt surprise me at all, and he's going downhill for me. While Markus proved to be a DJ of quality, and an assurance of a great set!

yup imagine Mauro's set would've been in the main room. Oh well. Somehow I knew ARmin was going to fuck it up. I just knew it. His last set over here was great though, but I just had that presentment. But he can still bring it though guys.

ok, back in CT after the long night at space and travelling back home all day with flights... I am wiped out. BUT...

I am soooo glad I made the trip down there for this!! I'm so happy to finally meet a bunch of the flta's (and of course kris and michelle from L.A.!)

great pics. DA although it looks like I'm not wearing a top in some of those pics! for the record, of course I am!

I had a great time with great friends and DJ-wise...I have to say Markus topped it for me! This was the first time I saw him and I LOOOVVEED IT!!! Armin played a few tracks I really like, but it was nothing like his NYC performances... I was a little disappointed. But, I also didn't get to see/hear his whole set. Arty and I ended up having to leave around 5:00 (thanks arty!).....

great night otherwise. I had a blast!!! Sorry for the vague review, I'm running on little bits of sleep....Time for me to try and get some sleep finally... Really don't want to go to work tomorrow....

I'll fill in some of the ID's as I think of them. Overall, I thought it was a great set. Didn't really think it was as progressive as everyone else has said. However, as you can see, his playlist tonight looks like any given "A State of Trance" radio episode, which has taken a turn towards progressive trance.
