I'm neutral.. 3 years ago was when I listened to ATB. I wasn't raving about how good the 'trance' was in Moving Melodies. There were some nice digestable tunes that I loved and some I felt needed more work. Overall, it was good to capture an uninformed audience who knew little of Trance. My opinion does not necessarily involve the producer personally but just measures the quality of the productions, not the artist. There's a difference between dissing the music and dissing the artist..

The latter is really unnecessary..

I don't quite think ATB is a disgrace, is just something else to hear, and I have a great respect for him because I was initiated in eletronic music with commercial stuff. More specifically with ATB 9 pm, Don't Stop and Prodigy - Fat of the Land album.

He will always have his place. And I bet from his new album will come lots of great mixes that will play very nice.

Truthfully, I've never been a big ATB fan. Not because of the whole "commercial" thing or anything like that... it seemed like he kept reproducing 9PM over and over again. (and since I never liked 9PM, well, that's why I never liked his music much).

I still think his work with Sequential One was the best

Not me.. i throw them all in the recycling bin. Buddy, its not like we havent heard any ATB songs, its just that people think hes a crappy producer. And i'm sure a majority will agree here.

Suppose that before you listened to ATB's new album, a friend gave you an "unknown" CD for you to identify (which was in fact ATB's album). Would you still like/hate the music? Would you know these songs were produced by ATB?

read my review of the cd in the cd and review section this is definatly not a cd worth owning, good tracks, but lotta stuff on there is crap, i could do better with fruity loops
