i found an old slightly used needle... and i have ice so it won't hurt AS much if you still want me to do it

It's true New Tribe do a great job. Got both my tongue and belly button pierced there.

Now my question is: how about tattoos? I'm really itching to get another one but can't decide what place is best for another. After watching Miami Ink i've become really picky lol . Any beyond average tattoo artists anyone could recommend?
