okay its a mixed track. seems to start of normal. so it only mixes towards the end. it sounds like a 99 era song. pretty nice actually. soft beat with some classic synth sounds thrown around. and a cheesy vocal singing something like:

gotta be a classic track. sounds nothing like Tiesto though...
