I guess most of the clubs are in London/Ibiza simply because they are the two night life capitals of this planet! and that's not for no reason too!
Guvernment #12....ehhhhh.....maybe from the international dj's point of view but from a clubbers perspective I could never rate it very high.

I don't find this surprising at all. they have a MUCH higher demand for EDM than we have in Canada, plus the culture and industry to go with it. maybe 11 clubs is a bit overkill on the rankings but I can understand them whooping us on it anyway. And like a few other people have already mentioned, most of the top 600 DJ's they surveyed likely come from the UK, those are their home town crowds and clubs.

I think when they wrote Guvernment they ment the whole Guvernment complex including Kool Haus, Drink, Orange Room, Purple room, Gallery, ... whatever else is there

when its an all access event (like the updcoming DECADENCEEE) guv is sick!

People are forgetting - DJs were polled. I bet playing as a DJ in a club is a very different experience than being a clubber. So it makes sense if this ranking isn't really in line with what some people are saying. Also, although the DJs probably never played at all these clubs, not many clubbers have been to most of them either. It's all a matter of opinion

PS I love the Guv and other than some other clubs in Toronto/Montreal, I've never really clubbed anywhere else - therefore Guv = #1 in my books

Zouk is a wicked club, definitely one of the best I've been to and I can see why DJs love it so much! Crowd is incredible and venue is gorgeous

Surprised nothing from LAS VEGAS made it on the map. Ice lounge is BOMB. Ghost bar and RAIN in VEGAS are sick. If the PALMS could only get SICK resident DJs there, maybe its my calling!!!!!!!!!!!


Mansion in MIAMI is SICK. THE BEST NIGHTS OF MY LIFE IN MIAMI HAVE BEEN AT MANSION. BUT I LOVE SPACE TOO. What's with the no camera policy, even though people sneak them in anyways.

I guess the crowds make the PARTY. Still in MIAMI and everyone must agree TORONTO knows how to rock a party and we learned all that shit inside the walls of GUV.

There have been some decent clubs popping up in Toronto in the last few years. I'm interested to see if they make the list in the near future.
