Chances are if you went up to her she would have smelled strongly like vick's vapor rub/mentholatum/etc.

Yes. That photo was taken at a club known for it's all-ages events. The club's shutdown now, and the promoter who used to run the events has switched over to 18+ events.

The picture was taken at a rave called "Better off Undead" here in Seattle. If you dressed up like an undead person, you got a discount at the door which is why some of the kids in the picture look the way they do.

This party made national news because in the hours after it ended, at a house party, 6 people were shot and killed when a crazed gunman walked into the house and killed anyone he could. He turned the gun on himself and committed suicide when a policeman arrived and confronted him.
