its frigged how a bouncer can just beat on some guy, then say he did something to the bouncer, and more than likely no one will come forward to support the guy that got beat on and did nothing, cause they dont want to get involved. OR, even if they do get involved, the cops say theres nothing they can do. total crap

i defend 338 just because they have nobody else defending/representing them.

as we can see from the picture adam is in fact the one smoking and does not have any bruises etc.

so go to court...get a legal aid lawyer and take the assholes to court.

until someone does, this will continue to happen.

you have witnesses who saw the he did nothing...who saw that the manager was hitting him as the bouncer pinned his arms and carried him out...who were refused water (despite that being illegal, AFAIK, for a licensed establishment), etc. etc. etc.

after a certain # of reports/complaints, they WILL have their license suspended and possibly revoked...the problem is that few people ever follow through in the legal system and so the cops write it off as some commonplace "bar fight" type of deal.
