to those mentioning things like crasher & UG... the list is on about clubbing VENUES. the term 'club' is ambiguous

although i would rate GC1 (the main crasher venue, formerly 'republic') as the best venue i've ever been too & am surprised it didn't make it. especially considering how inferior some of the high-ranking ones are... turnmills?! my double-garage is almost bigger than the main room for chrissakes!

Its an dark, dingy, cess pit, although i guess that is what makes it soo good, the atmosphere is spot on.

Fabric is a smart club, nice dark and dirty (but not in the unclean sense) place.

Stealth is a terrible club. Only thing it has going for it is the sound system.

I'd like to think the bomb (nottingham) in its day should have easily made the top 20.

Although, Spundae is not a club! It's just the organizer/promoter. Venue is called Circus (Disco).

Lists like these are a bit useless...because DJs (at least in the US) tend to stick with a promoter/venue in each city....so if there's a better venue in any of the bigger cities he/she may not have played there.

I really like stealth, the way its laid out is cool, great for a wander round, the atmosphere is always spot on, and good for a summer beer outside the rescue rooms

The way to judge a club should be.

1. the people that go there. ie sluts etc.
2. the location
3. the top quality djs that go there
4 the facilities.
