im not complaining im stating a point. i can load my tracks up to my web space. i feel that people were hard done by.

it makes no difference who downloads the file imo. it gives their site hits thus increasing their popularity and therefore creating more advertising opportunities for them.

as a previous poster pointed out without these forums the site would fall apart.

this thread is kinda absurd.

use a different service. problem solved.

Anyone can chose who they want to use. Freedome of choice, and incase no one understands that its actually a law in most country's. If someone wants to use send it then let them, if you dont like it dont use it. And if you dont liek someone else using it, TOUGH!

This is what the ysi guy was complaining about. You people don't seem to understand the whole idea of a EULA or Terms of Service. In fact, by using the ysi service, you have given the ysi guy the right to complain, and waived your own right to complain about him complaining. Shut up and find a different service.

edit: Although I suppose that quote would mean no spamming third parties. To be honest, the TOS are very vague about the kind of use that ysi gets from forums.
