They are pack animals similar to lions, but unlike lions after they have eatten half a cow they wonder why they are fat and whinge about it. Then they whinge to a fellow pack member (who is obviously not as fat) who says "no your not... I'm fat" (read: give me attention.. and complements).

And they hunt down minor issues to blow out of all proportion. Then once they have sunk their teeth into the jugular they just won't let go of it.
