Well I can't list anyone I haven't seen play, so I'm going to go with
1. Phil K (OMG, he's seriously brilliant, Sunny late last year, phwoar!!)
2. Sean Quinn
3. Gavin Keitel (when he's on the drive tip, not so much the minimal stuff)
4. Nick Thayer
5. Mark James (best warm up DJ out, he knows his crowd Mr James)

and for trance im not gunna pic a melbournite coz they're all good - but i heard a set of jumping jacks from sydney and he sounds pretty fuggin awesome
If you put it that way, vegemite is also very popular in AU, only it tastes like shit.
