Well technically no. See it's a vicious cycle, where stupidity among other factors, causes some people to become crackheads. While being crackheads they do stupid things and then do more things to become crackheads even further and so on and so on. Most of them can be saved, but the rest should be left to be "den dereeeeeeeeeiiin"
