I think we all know that the Guvernement likes to just surprize events out of nowhere!

I'd find it very surprizing of Ferry to hit up Detroit, montreal many other places on this continent without stopping in TO...seeing as how he is VERY OPEN about his love for the city and the Guvernment

i mean i COULD be wrong... but lets all just take a deep breath and wait it out.. i'm sure there will be an announcement soon!

....which is why you pray like hell there is an official afterparty and that they get the DJ to go it and spin more - as in the case with Gabriel & Dresden. Some DJ's are awesome folk and want to spin longer so they go to the afterparty venues. Why don't they just get the DJ to play at a venue that goes till 6am in the first place? Liquor licenses, etc. Too much complication and fees/security to put up.

We're doing holy DJ rain dances that Lawler spins the after party in Detroit too.

Nobdy in particular, but just somebody else.

He's in Detroit on June 18th, so I'm assuming he'll be back soon...maybe for Canada Day? I spoke to him personally and he said he wants to come to his favorite place to spin in the summer as he is promoting his new CD due out May 26th

Ferry is on par with Tiesto, Armin, Oakenfold, etc. in the sense that he draws sooooo many people out to a party...kudos to him for his wide appeal, but with too many "fringe" trance fans knowing who he is now, Guv ends up being filled WELL beyond it's usual "packed" state whenever he's in there.

Ferry in KH, sure...Ferry in Guv, *never* again for me.

no one is comparing anyone to anyone in terms of abililties or whatever...read what I typed!

both have very wide appeal in that they draw people who won't normally go to Guv...people who are not necessarily hard core trance fans.

i.e. Guv is always rammed well beyond it's usual "packed" self whenever they are spinning...which is why I won't go see Ferry if he's booked in Guv as opposed to KH.
