in particular: 'love will tear us apart', 'means to an end', 'atmosphere', 'new dawn fades' and 'ceremony'. whenever i put on joy division i just get the chills.

New Order- 'temptation' and new order's version of 'ceremony'.

Definetely Chicane - Saltwater the first time I heard it. Also Rank 1 - Airwave as Tiesto's closing number for his Energy 2000 set gave me chills the first time I heard it. Not too many recent ones.
