seriously. I even had a cigar cutter on the end of a keychain once and it got taken. it wasn't even the type with the the two blades it was a little circular one for cutting out the other end... before anyone tells me I am too am an idiot... I had forgotten it was on my keychain, but when they questioned it I appologized and knew it was now thiers unless I lost my place in line (at LOL, so you know I wasn't going back to my car) so I just handed it over no fuss.

At Sonic on Saturday they wouldn't let me bring in a goddamn milled aluminium bottle opener shaped like a friggin connecting rod. There were no sharp edges on it, stupid door bitch.

Yeah i can see that happening. If it's on a keychain i can understand forgetting that it was there. But if it's a full on knife, the person trying to bring that in is just being an idiot (whether it was in a backpack or not, besides what are you doing carrying a knife in your backpack anyhow??).

That goes for clothes too - Ive ruined countless shoes/pants from floor sludge.. even shirts from the mystery liquid that drips from the ceiling. EWWWW

I don't think it's fair to judge before knowing what exactly happened. He didn't know he was going clubbing, first of all. Second of all it wasn't a full on knife, maybe i wasn't exactly clear about that. It was that kind of a keychain knife (i'm not sure if it was attached to keys) that even my dad carries around to cut paper, eat apples, open bottles etc.
