one of the best burgers I ever ate was a customized hybrid caliente/hawaiian made to my special order. Salsa, sour cream, ring of pineapple, lettuce, tomato etc. One serious burger.

I think contrary to steaks, burgers are actually better when cooked more. My results last night were indicative of that. overcooked>undercooked

phhhht screw burger stories you should ask MrSelfde_struct about his sushie stories, like how they like to cut him and his buddy off at all you can eat sushie places

and the other day @ Miso...him and his friend tucked away like 108 pieces of sushie at the all you can eat, and had all you can eat icecream there too! But that isn't as much as the 150 pieces at the place that cut them off!
