Of all the staples (rice, breads, pasta/noodles, dumplings), rice is my least favorite.

The best way to have rice is mixed with fried chicken, some mushroom pieces and onion. Then you put an Oxo cube with it and mix it around.

Ha, I tried to eat with chopsticks in Aussieland. It was a joke. I kept dropping food.
