These days i play only when i got that good feeling, when i really really want to mix. Everytime i do that, i do amazing. Whenever i force myself to play its never as good. |

maybe your decks arent holding their speed?
i have this problem.. i cant wait to get out of the vinyl age and use purely cd's! once the speeds are set there is no way they loose their speed
Egh couldn't mix today. Was trying to re-record a mix I made yesterday that I recorded on my MP3 player and I screwed it up at about 40 minutes into the mix and I go to listen to it afterwards and for some reason it sounded like crap. Usually sets sound good on my MP3 player, about as good as on my laptop, but this just sounded awful, for some reason there was hardly any bass and you could hardly hear it. So today I went to mix and my ears...I could hardly hear anything. I think i'll take a two day break and come back on Thursday or Friday I think, rest my ears some...so the days when my mixing is the worst is ultimately the days when my hearing is as well...
ok i lied motivation comes from observers.
i can only supply so much.
