I personally use the molded ones with a 15bd filter in them...

I had a test done and was told I had lost about 14% of my hearing in my right ear when I had them fitted.

Its mega important to protect your hearing... and I can't explain enough how much better I feel the next morning when I have been in a club with these in...

its a must
