LLuckily you can customize Linux down to the last icon. So if you need it to look professional it can. I've been running SuSE for quite som time as well with no problems.
Just because Linux is open source doesnt mean the games have to be. I wouldn'tmind paying for a well designed game made for Linux. Quake 4 was released for L...not necessarily the best game but a step in the right direction.
Im still running 2k Pro today....have always had a smoother time than XP on a few of my systems
im hopfully getting my own PC near the end of the year and ill use Linux as my primary OS. I'll dual boot it with Vista for games
the only reason i like xp over 2k is the image feature and the search seems to work much bettter
other than that it eats up all my resources. i dont have 512 ram so i wont be getting vista.. ill stick to xp or maybe even down grade if things start runnign to slow
