I got myself up to 148 lbs (which i am right now) with working out and increasing my calories.. you could probably get a good 15 lbs just by working out for 2 months and eating more

but for the first month or so repitions with the weights should be 15 reps or so.. do a full body split into 2 days routine 2 days break for every day with weights should do the trick.

shit thats really good. now if you work out you should have no problem gaining weight. i still have problems reaching 3000 calories these days lol


remember this

your 117 lbs

so 1170 is your necesary calorie intake (any less, your body will break down muscle or fats to aquire the energy neeeded to function)

you probably use about 500 calories during the day just doing random shit

so thats 1670, and if you excercise lets bring it up to 1900

so you have excess energy of 800 calories that can be used to

a) be stored as fat
b) used in to build muscle with protein


again you probably have a high metabolism so these numbers are an under estimation, but your on the right track.. just try working out and you'll see major gains.
