France is now in the same situation as the USA.
Ironic, no?

| Originally posted by zoric That's why our FA has decided to punish the players with fines if they don't give a fuck about the last game. It's the right way, because they've been sucky for two games now. Hopefully we'll see a brand new line-up from Petkovic. Basta and Zigic has to play |

| Originally posted by LittleGoku ESPN sure invested a lot in giving this sport more exposure here in the U.S. It can only be a positive when the italy-us game gained a rating of 5million on a saturday afternoon on espn (not counting the ratings on univision). It can only be a positive step and a promisin direction of the sport's image here in the US. |
we didnt show any heart this time around aside from a brief gasp of it by holding onto a tie against italy.

Theres no Anti-American sentiment. We all love football and appreciate it when we see people playing in the streets, in the barrio, in the deserts, in the stadiums, everywhere. Its all about the beautiful sport that brings nations together to compete. To think that some just watch certain games to hate on certain teams is ridiculous. It is football and we love it.
A rose by any other name is still as beautiful people. Its no different with soccer, its still football.
