Oh well. I have my own L.A. memories x2.

Sander van Doorn, as well as our aforementioned favorites would rock it proper at Space....if they actually booked them. I can't begin to imagine what Rank 1 playing the main room would be like...

blank&jones, sander van doorn, rank1, marcel woods... gimme a break people!

What break, dude? NONE of those names have ever played at Space. You know that. Virtually all the names you listed have played already, except Darey and Junkie XL.

bro i dont know how you guys can do it. listening to same fucking shit over and over and over.

dont you EVER get tired of eating the same thing? dont you ever get tired of wearing the same clothes? dont you ever get tired of sleeping on the same side of your body at night?

dont you need a little bit of variety in your lives?

yeah, they may have brought those names before, but they dont bring them back too often, those are the people id like to see. you guys are saying what you guys want, and im saying what i want.

and what i REALLY want, no one in miami will bring, so theres no point of mentioning those... rennie pilgrem, koma & bones, tayo, madam breaks, future funk squad, hyper, evil nine, adam freeland... oh and i could go on and on, but its not worth it. the people i want to see they dont even bring during wmc.

GOD I'M SO FUCKING FED UP WITH THIS RETARDED ASS SCENE! its the same bullshit on repeat like on a broken cd player.

u know I been trying to change up the way I sleep, but it still doesnt work, been sleeping on my chest forever, need to sleep on my back, hmmm need to work on that,

for eating, yeah i like to eat alot of chicken

I listen to rank 1-airwave/breathing six times a day, including in the shower

I listen to desyn, oscar, steve porter, well everytime I need to poop or when im on the toliet for the movement to go smoothly

Like the saying goes,

The more things change the more they stay the same

Well, they (Mel, Lis and others) are more open minded. I did try it once or twice, but it didn't work out too well. I know what I like and that's what I'll stick to.

I don't know what to tell ya on the scene...sometimes things change, but sometimes the more they change, the more they stay the same. I'm sure several others would like to see some of the names you listed as well....

But let me respectfully say that I'm not one of them.

bro its to the point where i dont ever want to go out again. i should just save my money and go to holland or england or ibiza once a year and hell id have more fun there than wasting my money on $8 beers at space or $7 water bottles.

KISS MY ASS SPACE!

Aside from going out of the country, go to house parties and see our locals. Those are always guaranteed good times.

i hear your frustrations, flo... there are so many djs that i used to see in europe that i can only DREAM of catching here

michel de heij, astrid, billy nasty, lucien foort, secret cinema, filterheadz, dave clarke, cristian varela...

and more. in fact, lucien foort, i could see him play space on the patio or something for sure... but half the djs i loved in europe, i dont even know where they're at anymore now. miami is such a "closed" scene in all honesty

Posted by bdr222 on Jun-20-2006 23:06:

I would definately love to see SVD in the main room with David Guetta blowing up the terrace. He blew it up @ nocturnal for WMC. How about some Donald Glaude too

thank you, honestly who will show up for signum. a dozen people.

classy... and fyi, the drinks are just as expensive in ibiza.

Posted by tranzcowboy on Jun-20-2006 23:15:

completely surprised no one has said Above and Beyond, and what about Cosmic Gate?? there are way to many dj's..thomas penton, inkfish, johan gielen, thrillseekers....o just way too many to name but above and beyond or thrillseekers wud be orgasmic

yeah no shit but atleast theres some variety there. and classy? who the fuck cares about class on this website?

Posted by Mattivi on Jun-20-2006 23:25:

the one person were they could not lose would be a guetta, sebastian ingrosso, and bob sinclair trio. or just guetta by himself on the patio, he was born to play there.

the lesser known trance djs would just not draw out a crowd, we're pretty much stuck with pvd, armin, and occasionaly ferry, who i wish would come more than the other too. tiesto wont play there again so the field is short enough as it is.

i think carl cox would blow up space also, definitly is a big jock name. would love to see gielen, but will never happen.

Posted by bdr222 on Jun-21-2006 00:03:

how about they just have another Shadow Lounge reunion?? i'm still hoping for a round 2. but yeah Guetta or Cox in the terrace would be awesome, B&J for sure in the main room. and Groove Eric of course

shadow lounge reunion was def one of the most memorable nights

Posted by hiram on Jun-21-2006 01:45:

Blank and Jones, Benny Benassi, BT, Nu Nrg, Marco V, SvD, Rank 1, Above and Beyond

and if i remember correctly there was supposed to be a Marco V vs. Edgar V night last year. plz plz plz make it happen

As a general reference you can use the the Dark Angel-Rank 1 thread to help influence decision making at Club Space. I say general because that venue is going to be in Orlando. But it's still Florida, nonetheless! Besides Orlando has a significantly smaller scene than Miami, but look at the overall response it has gotten. Imagine if he were to spin at Miami. You can use similar arguements like mine if you want.

Posted by ledgemaster on Jun-21-2006 02:48:

who will twilo miami bring in?

as for space:
digweed, sasha, desyn, cattaneo

Whomever brings Bob Sinclair to miami, can easily retire with the earnings of that party.

blah

on the radio

bro a lot of you mention a lot of house DJs because that is what suits you which is fine but we mention the trance acts that suit US so why bash? fuckin' ay.

perhaps many people wouldn't show up to Signum but WHO knows? Most of the fuking people that go to Space on a TIESTO or PVD nite don't even know who is playing.
People will go to Space because it's SPACE plain & simple...I can honestly bet if Signum brings a crowd, just because those people wanna go party on a Friday or Saturday nite, that main room will stay crowded.

the only way to find out is to ACTUALLY bring them.

Its interesting. I remember looking back at the list of DJ's that Space would bring back in the days... the list of resident DJ's was inmense ( meaning they would come to Space in a regular annual basis ).

Who remembers TALL PAUL? SCOTT BOND? JOHN KELLY?? All this DJ's would come regularly and would lay out some mint sets ( according to friends who were there I missed out cause of age ).. but today its just the same old Sander, PvD, Sanchez, Morillo, Ferry and now Armin added to the circular list.. WTF... what happened to the varied sounds they would bring such as those?? Gatecrasher would host parties @ space, and what-not.

It definetly wouldnt hurt to bring any of those DJ's together with the local residents that Space already has.. they dont charge humongous pricing and with the right marketing it would really be something.

I agree with bunch of the names Flo said.. JunkieXL, Sasha, varied sounds.. try to have any of the trance DJ's open up the big name trance dj;s when they come ( but then we would have to pay the price to displace the local ones such as Edgar ).. It aint easy and for space to risk one night for someone who nobody knows its pointless. But if they try, then I'll b there, just good luck!
